Don't Call It A Comeback

Jourdan Dunn may be one of our favorite models. Her pregnancy borrowed her from the fashion world. But, according to The Imagist she's back, "a mere few weeks after giving birth London's loveliest is back in the editorial mix BIG-time". We're looking forward to posting Vogue, I-d, and Bazaar editorials featuring Dunn.

Beauty Products in Your Kitchen

Olive Oil is more than an ingredient to make your food taste great or Popeye's beloved girlfriend. It's a great beauty find, and it probably works better than some of the beauty products you'll find at Sephora. Over the past month TBC has practically become enamored with the stuff because it actually works.

1. Promotes Eyelash Growth
We've gone through plenty of mascara bottles trying to get the full lashes that few were naturally born with; only to see them fall out or get damaged in the process. After perusing countless articles and watching tempting Latisse commercials (with frightening side effects) the following video appeared; which suggested coating your lashes with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Castor Oil at night (some people just use Olive Oil instead of mixing it). Give it some time and you'll actually start to feel a difference in the texture, and eventually length.

2. Include it In Your Skin Care Regimen
Sometimes it's hard to find a balance between dry and oily skin especially when the weather changes. Olive Oil is great for your skin because it has Vitamin E, if you look at some of your skin care products you'll actually Olive Oil is an ingredient. Try dabbing it on dry areas or putting a thin layer on at night. We just wouldn't suggest drenching your face with it.

3. Manage Your Tresses
Olive oil can also be used as a conditioner to promote hair growth. Try putting it on the ends of your hair to prevent split ends.

Other uses include: shaving, removing make up, and moisturizing lips.

If you have any Olive Oil secrets please share and let us know if any of the above works for you too!

"Boy meets girl, Boy falls in love, Girl doesn't"

(500) Days of Summer is not only a great movie, but it features an amazing soundtrack that places you back into the memorable scenes and produces emotional responses. Just like the film it will break your heart in the most beautiful way. It effectively takes you on Joseph Gordan-Levitts rollercoaster ride in the movie; from his highs of happiness to his lows of blindsiding sadness. The soundtrack features a great diversity of musical tracks, with classic hits from Hall & Oates, The Smiths, Simon and Garfunkel, but also contemporary music from Regina Spektor, Feist,The Temper Trap, and the lovely Zooey Deschanel who plays Summer.

Some of our favorites from the soundtrack:

Sweet Disposition - The Temper Trap
Please, Please, Please, Let Me Get What I Want - The Smiths
Hero - Regina Spektor
You Make My Dreams - Hall & Oates

So if you don't already have the DVD or the Soundtrack, TBC suggest that you go buy it, it's a must

En La Nude

Male Models, Nudity and Marvin Gaye...

The new Yves Saint Laurent short Film "Ain't Nothin Like the Real Thing" by Bruce Webber celebrates nudity in a sexy fashion.

We aren't sure what the point of this film is because we're still a little shocked by Simon Nessman's beauty.

Corrine Bailey Rae Presents The Sea

A soft voice full with personality croons over mellow harmonies and a rhythmic beat " Never mind what they say. I would feel the same. Feels like the first time when you kissed me my lover. Fingers in the sky... Our love is hard to describe..."

With a new hairdo, Corrine Bailey Rae returns to the music scene with her sophomore album The Sea. Like her self titled album Corrine Bailey Rae, the songstress offers romantic lyrics with relaxing instrumentals. The Sea has its share of songs that leaves traces of sadness and loss but, it also provides upbeat tunes fit for someone who just discovered love.

The Sea will grab your heart, ear and pocket book with one listen. It's a CD that should be added to all of our music collections.

"Dirty Mind, Lonely Heart"

John Mayer SHIRTLESS on the latest issue of Rolling Stone, may we say more. He shares some very intimate/dirty details about his sex life, ex-girlfriend Jennifer Aniston, and how he prefers Continuum to his 2009 album Battle Studies (might we say that we absolutely agree on that one). The 32 year old singer shares that he enjoys late-night weed-and-video-game sessions, but admits to RS that he just wants one girl to share his life with. “I’ll be happy when I close out this life-partner thing,” he tells the mag. “Think of how much mental capacity I’m using to meet the right person so I can stop giving a fuck about it.”The issue is on stands tomorrow, but just in case you can't wait until then check out the rest of his photos and interview here.

2010 Golden Globes

Diane Kruger (Inglourious Basterds) - Christian Lacroix
Anna Paquin (True Blood) - Stella McCartney
Emily Blunt (The Young Victoria) -Dolce & Gabbana
Zoe Saldana (Avatar) - Louis Vuitton

One of the biggest nights in Hollywood happened Sunday evening, the 2010 Golden Globe Awards at the Beverly Hilton. First, we would like to congratulate all the winners and nominees. But now to the important stuff and what everyone will be talking about; what was worn by the celebrities on the red carpet. The must have accessory of the night were UMBRELLAS! Of course this was because of the pouring rain, but this weather didn’t damper the morale of the nominees and presenters. The red carpet was a magnificent parade of designer gowns of every color and style. Some outfits were extravagantly glamorous, while some decided to keep it simple. Above are some of the looks that caught our eye here at TBC.

Zac Posen for Target

The complete lookbook for Zac Posen’s collection for Target has been released today and boy are we thrilled. The collection includes everything you could imagine with a number of adorable cocktail dresses, cardigans, jackets, skirts, shorts, tops, pants, and bathing suits. The line also includes pant suits and is the first collection to release a gown. Posen stays true to his whimsical ways and includes prints that consist of tie-dye, polka-dot, and floral.

Going through the lookbook, we here at the bazaar collection are truly impressed with the offerings. Unfortunately, we all have to wait until April 25th before we can take any of the pieces home. Until then you can check out the lookbook here.

Oprah is a Little Monster

It seems like Oprah Winfrey will join Lady Gaga's army of Little Monsters. Winfrey will be interviewing Gaga tomorrow along with director James Cameron. Don't believe us? Here's proof:

Honestly were kind of thrilled and nervous to see this appearance. Gaga brings the weirdness in almost any space she enters. Exhibit A. The Bloody VMA's Performance. Exhibit B. Her interview with Barbara Walters... Shall we go on...

We hope she channels Winfrey's image and dresses up in a Classic Oprah ensemble just as she did on 20/20.

What's your favorite Gaga moment? Sound Off!

Krys Ivory

"There's a lot of music out there but it doesn't have a lot of substance," said Krys Ivory who is the latest Next Selection Family Member. Her mixtapae Reflections does not fit into this category. The lyrics are catchy and seem to be carefully written, and it doesn't help that her voice is easy on the ears. Download Reflections and see if it's a must for your Ipod.

Make sure to follow her on twitter as well twitter.com/krysivory

P.S. We're sure Heartbeat is going to be your favorite.

GQ + Burberry

Fashion and the Internet are getting a little more intimate with the partnering of GQ and Burberry. January 16, 2010 GQ will stream live footage of Burberry Prorsum's Spring 2010 Autumn/Winter Menswear collection. Fans will also be able to view behind the scenes footage featuring Emma Watson and a message from Burberry's chief executive Christopher Bailey.

Hopefully more designers will pick up the idea so fans who don't have the opportunity to visit the shows can get a first glance. But, will the live stream make the runway shows seem less exclusive?

Fee Fi Fo Fur

The common denominator in the Pre Fall Collection seems to be Fur.

Whether it's suddle or dramatic there's no denying its presence because Nina Ricci, Celine, Derek Lam, Givenchy and Lanvin all seem to be in favor of the cozy style.

The question is would you wear it? If so, the next time you get ready to restock your wardrobe turn your fur radar on.

Open Love Letter

As we were prowling around the corners of Style.com, we stumbled across the Pre Fall Collection. In a coy school girl manner we would like to send the following to Proenza Schouler.

Dear Hernandez and McCollough,

You have our hearts. Your collection gives us school girl chic without screaming Gossip Girl. While we love warm tones, we can't get enough of your dark and electric blue hues. From the pleated skirts and sleek pants, to the vibrantly patterned dresses we've fallen in love with each piece and hope to give them a home in our closets.

Sincerely,
Bazaar Collection

Nail Frenzy

You're never fully dressed without a... smile? Some would say yes. However, we here at The Bazaar Collection tend to disagree. Our favorite accessory comes packaged in a small bottle, and it can always enhance the look you were going for.

Sephora by OPI Nail Colour adds that bit of flare to complete your favorite outfit. There are 54 shades at nine dollars a bottle. Not only are the colors au courant but, they're chip resistant.

So if you need a new polish might we suggest "Opening Night" for a formal event and "Domestic Goddess" for a night out on the town.

Whichever shade you choose you'll be sure to garner a few double takes throughout the evening.
